Blue Room Masters 2005 - Murray Downs

After a six-year detour to other Murray River courses, the BRGC Masters has returned to Murray Downs. First-time winner Krusty left the rest of the field five strokes behind as he stepped forward to take the title. It was year of firsts, as runner-up BarbaLou also took home his first trophy after a five-year drought. It wasn’t easy for BarbaLou, as he had to beat the fast-finishing Goose in a sudden-death playoff.

The full leader board after 36 holes:
1st: Krusty -4
2nd: BarbaLou +1 (after playoff)
3rd: The Goose +1

Putter’s trophy: The Goose. 61 putts (after playoff against Krusty).
